In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "dk1111", "we", "us", "our" refers to dk1111.asia and its operating entity holding the international gaming licence under which this platform operates.

You are strictly prohibited from registering more than one account on dk1111. If duplicate accounts are detected, dk1111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. dk1111 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dk1111 support immediately via live chat to request a temporary account freeze while the matter is investigated.

dk1111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed on any dk1111 account.

To complete KYC verification, you must submit clear photographs or scanned images of:

• The front face of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), showing your full name, CNIC number, and date of birth;
• The reverse face of your CNIC.

dk1111 may additionally request proof of your registered payment method (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet registered to your name) and, in high-value transaction cases, a source of funds declaration.

All sports bets placed through dk1111 are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. dk1111 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk1111 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one dk1111 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the dk1111 platform in any manner;
• Exploiting identified software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage; any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinating bets to abuse promotional offers;
• Depositing or using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with dk1111's platform software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward dk1111 support staff or other players.

dk1111 employs automated systems and manual review teams to monitor platform activity. Players under investigation for prohibited conduct may have withdrawals held pending review completion.

All content on the dk1111 platform, including but not limited to the dk1111 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, marketing materials, and all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to dk1111. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of dk1111.

Game content hosted on the dk1111 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers who have licensed that content to dk1111 for display. The dk1111 platform licence does not extend any sub-licence of game content to users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk1111's liability to any user in connection with use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that user's dk1111 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

dk1111 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gaming outcomes, which are inherently probabilistic;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party network conditions beyond dk1111's reasonable control;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform, even where dk1111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence by dk1111.

dk1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where dk1111 reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity or provision of false information;
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9;
• Money laundering or suspicious transaction activity;
• Account access from a jurisdiction where dk1111's services are legally restricted;
• A security risk to the account or the platform.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a material breach by the user, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) will be returned to the user's registered payment method within 5 business days following completion of any pending compliance review.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting dk1111 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance is returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

dk1111 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered users from within their account settings:

Continued use of the dk1111 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment effective date.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the dk1111 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dk1111 holds its international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
